WITHDRAWAL & TC

Application Process

Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school for reasons such as job transfers, relocation, or personal circumstances must follow the guidelines below:

  • Submit a written application for the Transfer Certificate on or before 30th March of the academic year.
  • The application must be signed by the parent or legal guardian and addressed to the Principal.
  • The school will process the TC only after all dues are cleared and library books or school property (if any) are returned.
  • The TC will be issued within 7–10 working days from the date of application, provided all formalities are completed.
Note for Parents
  • Admission will be considered valid only upon full payment of fees and submission of all required documents.
  • Delay in submitting required documents or fees may result in the cancellation of the admission.
  • Parents are encouraged to apply early due to limited seat availability in certain grades.
